William Patrick "Pat" Wagner, 68, passed away Feb. 23, 2011, in Tacoma, Wash. He was born May 21, 1942, in Phoenix, Ariz.

He is survived by his sons, Michael P. Wagner, Todd W. Wagner, Sean C. Wagner; daughter Shelley E. Turley; grandchildren, Aaron C. Wagner, Joshua M. Wagner, Gabrielle J. Wagner, Brandon M. Wagner, Rachel King, Travis Morris and Tyler Morris. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Nial Wagner, James Wagner, Jerry Wagner, Craig Brown, Scott Brown, Betty June Smith and Linda McGown.

Pat often enjoyed playing a "good" round of golf, fishing in Alaska, strolling on the beaches of Hawaii, and gathering with family. He was an instrumental contributor to the annual Children's Home Society Golf Tournament fundraising event for many years, and his passion for this worthy cause was key to its success.

Our dad, our brother and our friend lived in many cities in the Northwest during his lifetime - to include Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, Portland and Seattle/Tacoma areas. He traveled often and acquired many extended family members and friends throughout his life's journey. He enjoyed people, and you could often find him hanging out at Johnny's Dock with his buddies. He operated as an Independent Contractor for several furnishing and manufacturing companies during his 30-year career.

Please join us for a memorial service of reflection, followed by celebration of life reception for "Pat" Wagner at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2011, at Johnny's Dock located at 1900 East D St., Tacoma.
