OBAMA: Worried about our president

I was wondering why Obama doesn't seem the least bit concerned about going ahead and doing all the things that displease so many people. Could it be because he's not really worried about running for president again? Because he plans to declare martial law, suspend the Constitution and go after everybody's guns? He doesn't need to win our respect or get our vote with that plan.
