Kootenai County Sheriff

Friday

2:20 p.m.: Damages of about $300 were reportedly done to the door of a residence in the 11600 block of East Parks Road near Athol. A Toshiba laptop computer, a Marlin rifle and hunting gear with a total value of about $3,800 were reported stolen from the home.

Saturday

7:47 a.m.: A gray 1988 Toyota SR5 valued at $3,800 was reported stolen from a residence in the 8800 block of North Chateaux Drive in Hayden.

11:08 a.m.: A brown 1985 Jeep CJ7 valued at $2,500 was reported stolen from behind a business located in the 13100 block of North Government Way in Hayden.

7:52 p.m.: A wallet and gold jewelry with a total value of about $1,100 were reported stolen from a residence in the 1300 block of North Highway 41 in Post Falls.

Monday

10:52 a.m.: A Samsung TV, hand tools, clothing and miscellaneous items with a total value of about $7,300 were reported stolen from a residential condo in the 33900 block of North Corbin Street in Bayview.

5:24 p.m.: A Holiday Rambler travel trailer valued at $2,000 was reported stolen from a business lot in the 500 block of West Honeysuckle Avenue in Hayden.

Darek R. Harrington, 19, Hayden: 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and credit for time served, $137.50 in fines and two years probation for petit theft.

Michael R. Deruelle, 20, Post Falls: 20 days in jail, work release and $300 in fines for petit theft.

Judge Fred Gibler

Oleg Babak, 33, Spirit Lake: 180 days in jail with 10 days suspended credit for time served, $167.50 in fines and two years probation for battery-domestic violence.

Judge Quentin Harden

Justin E. Farley, 29, Coeur d'Alene: 365 days in jail with 335 days suspended, $750 in fines, driver's license suspended for one year and two years probation for driving without privileges and failure to provide proof of insurance.
