EMPIRE: Falling by compromise

Regarding Mr. Green's letter advocating "compromise:" Compromise is EXACTLY why we are where we are. As we wait for the "leaders" to solve our problems, the foundations of this country are so "compromised" that they cannot be recognized, are so "compromised" that they can simply be ignored and are so "compromised" that our enemies can depend on those in power to acquiesce and do the easy thing.

"Compromise" is the deception that destroys character, the saltwater that eats the anchor chains, the rain unnoticed in the cracks until it freezes and splits the great rock.

Compromise is used by those that despise (however secretly) our greatness to undermine the ABSOLUTES which allowed us to become great.

I know those who disagree with me will attempt to simply dismiss these truths, yet at the end of the day, or the end of the empire, the truths shall remain; however, some choose to deny that their "compromise" was the cause of our fall. Any foundation is only as strong as the absolutes beneath it. "Compromise" only one cornerstone and the entire structure will fall eventually.

Our enemies have focused intently on removing the supreme absolute on which our country was founded; once that was removed the rest is easy. That ABSOLUTE of course is God and his word. I find it very interesting how today the public Biblical references in political context most frequently are spoken by the biggest champions of "compromise" to justify their position or to validate their comrades. Hmmm...
