TICKET: The rules are pretty simple

I say Boo Hoo to the tourist from California who received a parking ticket. OMG a whole $10 after spending "HUNDREDS" of dollars. 

Two-hour parking means "two-hour parking;" pretty sure it doesn't mean hurry move your car to get another free two-hour parking.

The parking on Sherman and surrounding blocks is designed for two-hour only parking for people who wish to do their thing and leave. If you want to shop all day they have free two-hour parking in the city lot with an additional fee if you stay longer without a ticket. Imagine that - still free but a small additional fee if you stay. Besides that, does spending "hundreds" of dollars give you special privileges?
