Clarification

A letter about public education funding published Friday from Kirsten de Simone was received electronically by The Press at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Ms. de Simone says she did indeed write it and submit it - about three years ago. Neither she nor The Press knows why it took so long to deliver, but The Press apologizes for any confusion the letter might have created.
