Task Force seeks fugitive

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force (NIVCTF) is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Rex Allen Willis.

Willis is being sought based on several Kootenai County felony warrants charging Willis with failure to appear on charges of battery and probation violations. Willis is currently on felony probation for aggravated assault and battery.

Willis is a white male, 21 years old, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 185 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. Willis was last known to be living in the Coeur d'Alene area.

The NIVCTF, consisting of members of the FBI, Idaho State Police, Kootenai County Sheriff's Department, Shoshone County Sheriff's Department, Coeur d'Alene Police Department, Post Falls Police Department and Bonner County Sheriff's Department, is tasked with locating and apprehending violent fugitives charged with such crimes as homicide, bank robbery, robbery, kidnapping, rape/sexual assault, felonious assault, arson, drug trafficking, etc.
