July 7, 2011 INVITATION TO BID Gem Hill Drainage Project Shoshone County, ID Shoshone County Public Works will received sealed bids for the Gem Hill Drainage Project, Shoshone County, Idaho at the Shoshone County Courthouse, Public Works Department, 700 Bank Street, Suite 35, Wallace 83873 until 5:00PM Pacific Daylight Time on Tuesday, July 29, 2011. A walk-thru is scheduled for 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 20, 2011 and is mandatory for those electing to bid on this project. The following criteria will be used in the selection of proposals: 1. Schedule Contractors shall base all proposals off this document, the attached Contract Drawings, Scope of Work, Special Conditions with all appended documents and any addendums issued.
