FOX28: Version lacks credibility

| January 21, 2011 9:00 PM

Sent a letter to FOX28 regarding their shutting off their service through DIRECTV. They claim that DIRECTV is holding up the negotiations? Seems like the same thing happened to Turner Broadcasting a year ago. They don't seem to care about their customers!

Several years ago my wife watched the east coast channels for the prime time shows (8 p.m. east vs. 5 p.m. West) as she goes to work at 3:30 a.m. and had a hard time staying up for prime time shows at 8 p.m. Well, FOX28 went to a judge and got us removed from watching east coast channel because they did not want to compete for the business and wanted a monopoly for the Spokane area, the heck with customers. Didn't provide a watchable channel until digital was forced on them. Now they want to charge other re-broadcasters money to send there station out over DIRECTV, Turner Broad and others. What's next? Isn't this freedom in reverse?
