CITYLINK: Bus misused by some

I happened to ride the wonderful free public transportation Coeur d'Alene has to offer recently. I would appreciate the opportunity to offer one or two words to the wise regarding the state of said public transportation.

The service is absolutely first-rate. The drivers are pleasant, the buses are clean and usually arrive at their scheduled stops in a very timely manner.

Unfortunately, it also appears that the local bus system is a refuge for the local ne'er-do-wells that apparently have nothing better to do with their day than to ride the bus continuously whilst becoming as inebriated as possible. While I realize that this may be a common issue dealt with by all public transportation systems, I often wonder if we cannot do better than this in our fair city. Thank you for your time.
