TWINS: Deserve law and order

Thank you for your article Tuesday "Offer on the table" by Dave Cole. These two child extreme abusers do not merit any kind of plea deal. Is the prosecutor's office either too busy or they feel they are too incompetent to try this open and shut case in court and get justice for these two little girls? Or, is this a money issue - the cost of trying two separate cases? Why is the prosecutors office playing the cut and run game here? Where is Jack McCoy when you need him?
