The Skinny on Weight Loss

The New Year celebration is usually followed by a sense of new beginnings and the chance to once again honestly appraise our lives and to change course in one area or another. Hence the proverbial "New Year's resolution" - the purposeful resolve to change.

The holidays almost always involve larger than usual meals and desserts and alcoholic beverages. Shopping, preparing for visitors or preparing to visit, cleaning house, wrapping presents, decorating, etc. all change our routines. We look in the mirror and realize we are looking rounder and older, our clothes are fitting tighter than normal or we are reaching the point of frustration at having to take medications, presumably for the rest of our lives, for the diseases associated with obesity: i.e. high blood pressure, high cholesterol and type II diabetes.

So instead of looking forward with excitement and hope and the possibilities of real change in the New Year and possibly a new you, we are depressed because of failure to commit in the past, or being unsuccessful at past attempts to change course (95 percent of all those who lose weight by "dieting" gain it back).

If this is you or you are enthusiastic about the possibility of changing the course of your health or appearance by changing the things that are causing the obesity and related health issues, then you need to hear about the Ideal Protein weight loss protocol. It has been successfully used on over six million people in Europe over the last 25 years and in Canada for the past eight years and is now here.

Today from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Fit Expo at the Coeur d' Alene resort we will be sharing this incredible protocol and will have our special guest Nickie Helms available to share her success story - Nickie has lost over 100 pounds on this protocol and was able to commit to and not cheat (for the first time in her life).

We look forward to meeting you and answering your questions. Yes, the average weight loss is three-seven pounds per week safely. We will have a Stayhealthy BC-1 body composition device available to scan visitors to actually measure your body fat and lean muscle ( a $75.00 value) as a thank you for coming by our booth. If you cannot make the Fit Expo today call our office at (208) 772-6015 to schedule a free consultation or to attend our next free class on the Ideal Protein weight loss protocol.

This is the year you can make meaningful change, change your body, change your life. Come on Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint, let's shape up and get healthy together.
