REQUEST FOR COMMENTS COMMENT PERIOD EXTENSION UPPER LOCHSA LAND EXCHANGE Draft Environmental Impact Statement Clearwater National Forest The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed Upper Lochsa Land Exchange was released for public review and comment on November 22, 2010.
