VOTING: Cuts in the wrong place

WOW! What a bunch of Einsteins we have in Kootenai County government. Great way to get people out and vote, cut polling places in half; then we will only get 9 percent to vote, you know what I mean?

Here's an idea: Why don't you cut the wages of the brainiacs who come up with this weak argument of a cost saving method, instead of the poll workers? Good grief man, why do people who get elected almost always lose the ability of rational thinking?
