The whole day through - and for 50 years!
Denny and Susan Lynd Hamilton formerly of Moscow and Post Falls have been sweet dreamin' for 50 years! Married in Moscow on Dec. 27, 1961, Sue and Denny have been a sweet dream team throughout the years, raising two children, numerous dogs and cats, and a bunch of birds.
After Susan retired from US Bank and Denny from teaching at Post Falls High School, they moved to their lake home where they have been restoring wooden boats, In Dreams and Sweet Dreams. This past summer they completed the Vanna Mae which was built from the ground up. The lake home is a gathering place for friends and family, where Denny and Sue love to provide a feast for their company and teach their three grandchildren, Kylie and Keynan Hamilton and Justin Kjos, the joys of water sports.
The Hamilton's have recently discovered international travel with trips to Asia, Europe, Hawaii, Cabo and the Caribbean. Along with traveling, the couple enjoy hunting, fishing, huckleberry and morel picking and, of course, boating.
Denny and Sue will celebrate their 50th anniversary with their children, son Rob and his wife, Amy and daughter Tina Powers and husband Todd.

5 GENERATIONS
Five generations come together for Christmas 2011: (Oldest to youngest) Joanie Miller, Tom Miller, Charla Miller, Hayley Miller-Washington and Jarrell Morgan.

Navy Seaman Recruit Kristen M. Salter, daughter of Annette M. Jones of Rathdrum, alongside approximately 5,500 Sailors attached to USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) recently returned to their Norfolk, Va., homeport.
CVN 77, has completed a seven-month deployment supporting combat operations in the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet area of responsibilities (AOR) and was relieved by the USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74).
Salter joined the Navy in November 2009.
