Kootenai County Sheriff

Friday

8:42 a.m.: Damages of $5,200 were reportedly done to the wiring and copper tubing at a rental residence in the 900 block of West Lacey in Hayden. Electric wire and copper tubing valued at $1,100 were also reported stolen from the home.

10:53 a.m.: Decorator rock valued at $9,000 was reported stolen from the State Department of Lands property on East Boise Peak Road and South Latour Creek Road near Cataldo.

12:53 p.m.: A Honda generator valued at about $1,400 was reportedly delivered to beside the garage door of a residence in the 9200 block of North Clarkview Place near Hayden and later reported stolen.

Saturday

1:54 p.m.: A wood cook stove valued at $800 was reported stolen from a farm house in the 3500 block of East Lancaster Road in Hayden.

2:04 p.m.: A Lincoln arc welder and two acetylene tanks with a total value of $1,800 were reported stolen from the shop at a residence in the 2700 block of West Seasons Road near Athol.

Sunday

3:57 p.m.: A blue 2004 boat trailer valued at $2,000 was reported stolen from the boat launch in the 8800 block of West Twin Lakes Road near Rathdrum.

Dana A. M. Northern, 20, Twin Lakes: 116 days in jail with credit for time served for frequenting a place where a controlled substance is used.

Ian G. Larsen, 27, Post Falls: 14 days in jail with credit for time served and $200 in fines for frequenting a place where a controlled substance is used.

Jeremiah J. Phelps, 24, Belgrade, Mont.: Three years determinate penitentiary time and seven years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $1,780.50 in fines, 100 hours community service and five years probation for sexual abuse of a child under 16 years of age.

Tina M. Stuart, 43, Coeur d'Alene: 14 days in jail, one year determinate time and two years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $375.50 in fines and three years probation for grand theft.

Joshua D. Renfro, 21, Spokane: One year six months determinate penitentiary time and one year six months indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $1,345.50 in fines, 100 hours community service and two years probation for possession of a controlled substance.
