Inside you'll find a welcoming environment, experienced trainers ready to help you reach your fitness goals, full group fitness room, two massage therapy rooms and of course many successful clients, who will tell you just how effective a 15-minute workout can be. Yes, 15 minutes twice a week is all you need to get results and get on track to a healthier lifestyle. Fitness on 4th is a one on one personal training gym that offers individually tailored fitness and nutrition programs. Our 15-minute twice a week program, leaves you feeling strong and healthy with more time to enjoy your life.

At Fitness on 4th, we are committed to the health and fitness of all of our members and we stand behind our safe and effective training method. In addition to exercise we believe 80 percent of weight loss results are achieved through proper nutrition. We work closely with our clients to educate them in proper nutrition and help them to establish healthy eating habits. As a new client, we make assessments of where they are currently and what goals they would like to achieve through diet and exercise. We then help to establish a healthy nutrition plan based on their individual needs and goals. Our clients are given food journals to track how they're eating. They bring these to their training sessions each week so their trainer can review and assess their progress, help keep them on track, make suggestions and correct anything they see that is keeping the client from reaching their goals. Our clients have seen dramatic results by maintaining proper nutrition and by having a trainer to help keep them on track and accountable.

We understand in our own experiences, and the experiences of our clients, that eating properly is sometimes not easy, for many reasons. There is also an endless amount of information available that can leave some people scratching their heads wondering where to even start. That is where we come in. We have worked with hundreds of people and have learned how to help people overcome the difficulties with food and actually help them to succeed in understanding and maintaining proper nutrition.

We are a unique fitness facility because of our strong belief in building supportive relationships with our clients, so they can succeed in their fitness goals. We help our clients to establish, maintain and live a healthy lifestyle. Even on the days when they have little motivation to keep going or to break through that tough plateau, our clients know they can walk through our doors and be motivated by our staff and their trainer will be ready with their workout planned with all their previous workouts charted and tracked. The confidence our clients receive from working with our trainers help them to know they will succeed, to know they will workout even when they don't feel like it and to know this is the way to living a healthy lifestyle.
