Post Falls free spring trash collections to start

The city of Post Falls will hold free special trash collections today and next Saturday to assist residents with annual spring cleanup.

Collections today will be held for those with regular Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday routes.

Collections next Saturday will be held for residents on the regular Thursday and Friday routes.

Trash must be placed in the street by 6:30 a.m.

Items to be collected include bagged garbage, clothing and yard waste. Items must be under 4 feet in length and 4 feet wide. Tires, motors, concrete, auto body parts, paint, oil and other hazardous materials will not be accepted.
