FIRED: Because they don't listen

I am a school administrator and one of my tasks is to evaluate teachers for merit pay. I hope I can observe them at least twice a year because of budget cuts and loss of staff and now extra duties.
On my staff I have Butch Otter, John Goedde, Bob Nononi and Tom Luna. I really don't like them because they don't listen to anything suggested in teachers meetings. Because of defiant attitudes, the chance of them getting a raise is zilch, as long as I am their supervisor. I guess they'll have to team teach to figure out how to make their bulletin boards more attractive so maybe I can see their attitude is improving. If only they could learn listening skills, I wouldn't have to fire them.
