Thursday
4:56 p.m.: Cash and personal mail with a total value of about $1,000 were reported stolen from a residence in the 9700 block of North Kirkpatrick Street in Hayden.
Friday
12:39 p.m.: Damages of about $1,000 were reportedly done to a tow dolly in the parking lot of a business located in the 30600 block of North Highway 95 in Athol.
8:06 p.m.: Damages of $100 were reportedly done to the window of a 1995 Jeep parked in the dirt lot on Fernan Saddle near the City of Fernan. A backpack, avalanche beacon, digital camera, GPs unit, a snowmobile cover and miscellaneous items with a total value of about $1,800 were reported stolen from the vehicle.

Joseph J. Jackson, 30, Bismark, N. D.: Three years indeterminate penitentiary time with credit for time served, retained jurisdiction, $265.50 in fines and $700 restitution for possession of marijuana in an amount more than three ounces.
Thomas J. Sandall, 22, Post Falls: Five years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time with credit for time served, retained jurisdiction, $265.50 in fines and $100 restitution for possession of a controlled substance.

Patricia C. Bost, 47, Coeur d'Alene: 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and credit for time served, $200 in fines and two years probation for battery.
