LIBYA: Should withdraw expenses

According to the Pentagon, one week after an international military coalition intervened in Libya, the cost to U.S. taxpayers has reached at least $600 million.

Seems like since we froze the assets of Gadhafi we should withdraw our expenses from those accounts and call it even! After all, he won't be able to spend any of it if the rebels have their way.
