Louie-McGee lifts Lakeside
FOOTBALL
CLARK FORK - Freshman quarterback Tucker Louie-McGee threw for four touchdowns and ran for another score as the Lakeside Knights defeated the Clark Fork Wampus Cats 54-14 on Friday night in North Star League action.
Lamont Higgins returned an interception 45 yards for a touchdown for Lakeside (2-1, 2-1 NSL), which hosts Wallace on Friday.
Clark Fork (1-2, 1-2) is at Kootenai next Friday.

BONNERS FERRY - Taylor Tomke scored on runs of 25, 54 and 9 yards as the Badgers (1-2) defeated the Lumberjacks in the Intermountain League opener for both schools.
Brad Anderson scored on runs of 59 and 27 yards for St. Maries (1-3), which hosts Orofino on Friday.
Josh Johnson had a 62-yard touchdown reception from Jaden Guidry in the first quarter for St. Maries.

HARRISON FLATS - Cole McCanna ran for three touchdowns and caught two more, Kyle Raynor threw for three scores and ran for one, and St. John-Endicott defeated Kootenai in nonleague play.
"We broke down mentally in the first half and lost track of our responsibilities," Kootenai coach Doug Napierala said. "We played better and executed in the second half, got some things rolling, but we dug too big of a hole in the first half."
Greg Wallace led Kootenai (2-2) with 107 yards rushing and one touchdown on 34 carries. Brandon Carman was 8-of-23 passing for 106 yards and one touchdown and ran for one score. Hayden Kraack had four catches for 70 yards and one touchdown.
Kootenai hosts Clark Fork next Friday.
