BOISE - Arismendy Alcantara singled to score Kyung-Min Na with two out in the third inning as the Boise Hawks defeated the Spokane Indians 1-0 in front of 2,956 in Northwest League action on Wednesday at Hawks Stadium.
Brent Ebinger struck out eight for Boise (14-21) as three relievers combined for a five-hit shutout.
Brent Nicholas and Alejandro Selen each went 2 for 3 for Spokane (19-16), which travels to Pasco, Wash., tonight to start a three-game series with Tri-City.
