Today is last day to vote absentee

Today is the last day to vote absentee before Tuesday's general election.

This year voters won't be able to fill out ballots the day before the election, but folks can still exercise their rights from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at the county Elections Office at 1808 N. Third St. in Coeur d'Alene.

They can also vote at the Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Hayden and Rathdrum city halls.

Voters must show a photo ID.
