HAYES: Always does his duty

During the recent municipal election contest, the Idaho Secretary of State Chief Deputy on elections testified that by failing to keep mandatory election records, the clerk Dan English was apparently not doing his duty.

In contrast, when Cliff Hayes was the Post Falls Police Chief, his department was a nationwide leader in applying cutting-edge technology to increase police efficiency while saving taxpayer dollars.
