Cemetery clean up set

POST FALLS - Post Falls will begin preparing Evergreen Cemetery for the winter following Veterans Day on Nov. 11.

Individual cemetery lot owners are asked to remove all seasonal decorations or decorative items from cemetery lots by Nov. 11.

Following Veterans Day, cemetery staff will begin preparing the cemetery for the winter.

Seasonal decorations and temporary displays that constitute a problem during winter weather will be removed and discarded in accordance with the city's cemetery rules and regulations.

Lot owners who need clarification about decorations that cause a problem or who have specific questions should contact the parks department at 773-0539.

Evergreen Cemetery is open 24/7 to accommodate those needing to remove decorations.
