CORRIDOR: Place to park tax bucks

Let's see. The LCDC needs $9 (THAT NINE MILLION) million to beautify the area around the collage campus. They speak of roundabouts and swells and planting many trees and what does the collage want? Parking--Parking--Parking! Oh what do they know?
Take a look at what we did in Midtown. Eighteen-foot sidewalks and park benches and bike racks everywhere and trees and empty buildings everywhere that won't sell because of NO PARKING. And who paid for the sidewalks? The building owners ‘cause the Mayor said LCDC did their part so we should do ours. Stand by, taxpayers of Coeur d'Alene, to do your part after LCDC does it again.
Tell the students at NIC to ride bikes because LCDC loves bike racks.
