Cathie Thomas, 63

Cathie Thomas was born April 7, 1947, to Lois and Ira "Jr." Thomas. Lifelong resident, Cathie L. Thomas of Coeur d'Alene, passed away at Kootenai Medical Center, Oct. 29, 2010.

Cathie attended local schools and North Idaho College. She was one of the original employees at Keytronic Corp. of Spokane and was purchasing manager and later opened their overseas locations in the Far East.

Co-owner of CDA landmark, Tony's Restaurant, she enjoyed the many friends and regulars who shared good food and good times for more than 20 years. She was a big sports fan, and played softball, field hockey and golf. She enjoyed concerts, travel and her favorite place, "The Ocean."

She is survived by longtime friends, Nella Troy and Lee Martin; many cousins, one brother and a niece and nephew.

At Cathie's request, there will be no services.

In lieu of flowers, Cathie suggested donations be made to the charity of your choice.
