Colvin Group relocates in Worley

The Colvin Group Inc., a healthcare consulting firm, has relocated to Worley from Savannah, Ga.

Robert A. Colvin, company president, has located the business at 19980 S. Providence Lane. The consulting group specializes in strategic and operational consulting for hospitals, health systems and physician groups nationwide.

Colvin, an Idaho native, has more than 26 years of healthcare leadership experience.

He has served as a CEO of small hospitals and large medical teaching institutions, including at Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, from 1986 through 1995. More recently he was at Memorial Health University Medical Center, a 530-bed academic medical center in Savannah. Colvin retired as CEO in 2008, and created the Colvin Group.

Integration agreements sometimes involve smaller hospitals merging with larger systems or physician groups evaluating options for integration.

C & S Glass to build new facility

C & S Glass Co. of Post Falls is having a new and larger facility built for its warehouse, manufacturing and retail operations.

The new 8,500-square-foot building will cost about $350,000 and will be at 966 N. Boulder Court in Post Falls, said Mike Goularte, owner of Precision Bilt, of Coeur d'Alene.

Precision Bilt is the general contractor on the project, which will begin next week. C & S Glass owner Mike Hlebichuk will own the new building.

Goularte said the building will give C & S Glass more space than it currently occupies at 808 W. Mullan Ave., in Post Falls.

"It allows them to get everything inside," he said.

C & S Glass has been leasing space at its current location.

The Boulder Court location is vacant land now, he said. The building will occupy about one-third of an acre of property, owned by Hlebichuk. He acquired the property earlier this year.

Momentum Architecture Inc. of Coeur d'Alene designed it.

Goularte said C & S Glass sells to general contractors for commercial and office building projects. He said C & S Glass has only one location.

Hlebichuk couldn't be immediately reached for comment about the project.
