George F. Hudson, 86

George F. Hudson, 86, passed away at his home on Oct. 19, 2010, of lung cancer with both his daughters Georgia Henry and Nina Goddard were by his side.

George was born March 8, 1924, in Indiana to Frank and Helen Hudson. He served in the Pacific Theater in WW2. He married Mildred Akler in 1950 she preceded him in death in 1990.

He is survived by his daughters, one sister, two grandsons Sam and Nicholas Carlino and six great-grandchildren. He was a dear friend to many and will be very missed by all who knew him.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, 2010, at Yates Funeral Home, Hayden Chapel, with Father Roger LaChance officiating. Yates Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of final arrangements.
