Floydean Caddy, 82
Floydean Caddy, lifelong Kellogg resident, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010, at Shoshone Medical Center at the age of 82. A devoted and loving Mother and Grandmother, family was always her first priority. She was truly an inspiration to her entire family. Her loving heart and unconditional love was felt by everyone she touched.
Floydean was born in Kellogg, Nov. 8, 1927, to Esther (Emmingham) Deeder and Floyd Deeder. She graduated from Kellogg High School in the class of 1945. Floydean had a long career working at both the Doctor's Clinic in Kellogg and for the State of Idaho-Department of Health and Welfare. In 1970 she married Jack Caddy and they spent 40 wonderful years together.
Floydean is survived by her loving husband, Jack, at the family home; a daughter, Julie (Tim) Olson and a son, Rick Caddy; grandchildren, Erika (Rob), Mark, Heather, Chelsey, Lindsey, Ryan (Gina) and Leslie; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Sarah, Brett, Chloe, Trenton, Kadin and Camden, Taylor; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved brother, Bud Deeder.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, 2010, at Our Savior Lutheran Church, in Pinehurst, under the direction of Pastor Ken Bartle. Services are under the direction of the Shoshone Funeral Home. You may sign Floydean's guest book at www.shoshonefuneralhome.com.
