Eco-Fashion Show is Oct. 16 at Eagles

COEUR d'ALENE - Junk2Funk Eco-Fashion Show takes center stage this year at the Eagles Club Ballroom, 209 Sherman Ave. in downtown Coeur d'Alene at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

Forty-five local artists, including middle school art students, will demonstrate their environmentally-friendly creative talents by turning junk and recycled materials into fun designer outfits and accessories.

The accessories will be up for bid in a silent auction.

There will be music and beverages available.

Tickets are $24.99 for a "trash-n-good" time ($29.99 at the door) and are available in Coeur d'Alene at The Art Spirit Gallery, 415 Sherman Ave., Java on Sherman, 324 Sherman Ave. or by phone, 667-9093.
