These lasers made new dental treatments possible while improving on traditional ones.

The State of the Art Versawave (Hard tissue dental laser) has numerous advantages over the dental drill. Many fillings can be prepared without anesthetic (shots). The high pitched whine and vibration of the drill is replaced by a light popping sound. This laser selectively removes decayed tooth structure leaving healthier tooth structure intact. Because of this, smaller filling is required. There is less trauma to the sensitive nerve from laser preparation. Laser preparation sterilizes the tooth surface allowing a cleaner bond and a longer lasting filling.

The Diodent (Soft Tissue Laser) is exceptional at managing soft tissue problems with minimal discomfort or bleeding. It quickly alleviates pain from canker sores, cold sores and herpes ulcers while accelerating healing. The laser is less invasive than gum surgery and there is less post operative sensitivity. Not only is this technology great for adults, but children as well. With less shots, children will no longer fear dental appointments. Sealants and fillings can be placed within minutes with minimal or no pain.
