Mike Bullard, Democrat: Retired; was senior pastor at First Presbyterian Church, Coeur d'Alene from 1993-2009. Married to Betsy Bullard; two children. A 22-year resident of Idaho, 17-year resident of Coeur d'Alene.
Marge Chadderdon, Republican: Retired; was co-owner of Carpet Center Stores for 30 years; has served three terms in Idaho State House of Representatives. Widowed, was married to Keith Chadderdon; four children, nine grandchildren. Native of Montana, longtime resident of Coeur d'Alene.
District 4, seat B
Paula Marano, Democrat: Retired educator; taught third grade in Coeur d'Alene for 14 years and is past president of Cd'A Education Association. Married to Eugene Marano; three children, five grandchildren. Resident of Idaho and Coeur d'Alene since 1975.
Kathy Sims, Republican: Owns Coeur d'Alene Honda automotive and motorcycle dealerships; former Idaho state senator. Two children, four grandchildren. Born in Spokane and raised in North Idaho.

David Larsen, Democrat: Retired math teacher who taught 30 years in Washington; currently adjunct instructor at North Idaho College. Married to Roberta Larsen; three children, one grandchild. Native of Yakima, Wash.; has lived in North Idaho since 1996.
Bob Nonini, Republican: Small businessman and employer since 1985; has served three terms in Idaho State House of Representatives. Married to Cathyanne. Born in Wallace, raised in North Idaho; has lived along Spokane River since 1985.
