ECONOMY: Keep jobs at home

Due to outsourcing of our manufacturing and technology to China we find ourselves in peril. Balance of payments, deficit, jobs, resources and lost technology all contribute to the mess we are in.

And the chamber travels to China? Let's give more away while we are in trouble.

Idahoans should be figuring out how to promote manufacturing in the states and encouraging onshore industry - not importing more from a country with whom we are in debt up to our eyeballs.

Time to wise-up. I will lend my voice after Oct. 16 when I move in.
