Signal nears completion

COEUR d'ALENE - The 15th Street and Harrison Avenue Signalization Project starts its final phase Monday.

The traffic signal should be operational by Oct. 15.

The intersection will be closed Monday to install the signal equipment. Thursday's traffic accident damaged the pole base on the northwest corner and it will need to be removed and replaced, causing some delay to the project. The repair and equipment installation should be complete by Friday.
