HART: He's in the wrong house

Jim Hollingsworth took time from his busy schedule to let us know he believes Rep. Phil Hart was targeted by a write-in campaign because he is "probably the most consistently conservative member of the state legislature."

I believe Rep. Hart was targeted by such a campaign because he's the worst crook in the Pacific Northwest and belongs in the Big House rather than the statehouse. But that's just me.
