Lot owners asked to remove seasonal items

POST FALLS - Post Falls will begin its spring cleanup at Evergreen Cemetery the second week in June.

Individual lot owners are asked to remove all seasonal decorations or personal items from the cemetery by Sunday.

Decorations that meet the cemetery rules and regulations will be left in place until they become unsightly. Decorations, temporary displays and any items that do not conform to cemetery regulations, or which may constitute a problem during summer maintenance will be removed. Removed items will be discarded in accordance with the rules and regulations.

Cemetery rules and regulations are available on the city website www.postfallsidaho.org under Parks & Recreation Department.

Lot owners are asked to obtain approval from the Cemetery Division before installing fixed decorations to ensure they will not be removed. Evergreen Cemetery also sells decorations that comply with the rules.
