Therefore, DEQ is proposing a "General Permit" for automotive coating operations. The "General Permit" for automotive coating facilities was developed by DEQ to help make the permitting process more cost effective, consistent, and timely. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Notice is given that DEQ has scheduled a period to receive public comments under Docket No. AQ-1008 concerning the air quality aspects of the proposed "General Permit."
