Shock rout Utah once again

SPOKANE - Former Eastern Washington quarterback Erik Meyer went 10 for 17 with 197 yards passing in the second half as the Spokane Shock defeated the Utah Blaze 77-28 in an Arena Football League matchup Saturday night before 10,481 at Spokane Tribe Field at the Spokane Arena.

Spokane (5-2) outscored Utah (1-5) 35-0 in the second quarter on the way to its third straight win. Spokane won 68-34 at Utah on April 9.

Raul Vijil caught eight passes for 160 yards and four touchdowns for Spokane, which hosts Jacksonville on Saturday.
