FILLIOS: A key county conservative

As a high school student and an ardent supporter of America’s founding principles, I am alarmed at the surge in popularity and the increase in ignorance of a plethora of radical left-wing philosophies that are slowly eroding the foundation of our great Republic. One of these harmful lines of thought is that Big Government, with its higher taxes and excessive control, is the answer to all of America’s problems.

Now is the time to restore state and local autonomy and elect competent, conservative officials at the local level who will work to defend Idaho’s conservative values and stimulate our economy with growth and opportunity rather than fiscally irresponsible bailouts and tax increases. We need someone in Kootenai County who is in touch with the average county resident and who has the experience, competency, and principles to faithfully represent citizens’ interests and come up with common sense conservative solutions to their concerns. That is why I am supporting Chris Fillios for Kootenai County Commissioner in District 2.

As a long-time county resident, political outsider, experienced business executive, Army veteran, and Tea Party Patriots of North Idaho board member, Chris Fillios is without a doubt the best choice for Kootenai County. But no matter who you support, please do not forget to vote your values on May 25th in the Republican Primary! The future of our freedoms and the future of America’s next generation truly do depend on the constant vigilance and political participation of every citizen.
