Mayor to hold coffee session

POST FALLS - Post Falls Mayor Clay Larkin will hold an informal coffee session for citizens to discuss any topic related to the city on Thursday from 9-10:30 a.m. at Garden Plaza, 545 N. Garden Plaza, just west of Walmart.
