Saturday

2 p.m.: Two pistols with a total value of $2,000 were reported stolen from a residence in the 3600 block of North 15th Street in Coeur d'Alene.

Tuesday

8:30 p.m.: Four chrome wheels with tires valued at $3,500 were reported stolen from a Buick Riviera parked at a residence in the 9800 block of North Pison Court near Post Falls.

Robby D. Haley, 20, Coeur d'Alene: Two years determinate penitentiary time and four years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $655.50 in fines, 100 hours community service and four years probation for burglary.

Judge Barry Watson

Richard R. Bihner, 26, Spirit Lake: 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended and credit for time served, work release, $1,200 in fines, driver's license suspended for 90 days and two years probation for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.
