Frank Quillen (Bubba) Sargent, 31

| May 5, 2010 4:06 AM

Born in Coeur d’Alene on Sept. 15, 1978, and taken too soon on April 23, 2010. Parents are Tom Sargent and Alice Marie (Garner) Gilson.

After moving from one small town in Idaho to another while growing up, Frank returned to Post Falls nine years ago from Lewiston, to raise his young family. Frank was a big hearted sole, who impacted the lives of so many of his friends and peers. He passed away April 23, 2010, in an automobile accident.

He leaves behind a wife of 10 years, Dustie (Langford) Sargent and two young children, Shelby Dailand Sargent (8) and Roarke Quillen William Sargent (2); siblings Christiana Dingman of Coeur d’Alene, Barbara Graf of Austin, Texas, Michael Wilfong of Post Falls, Tommy Sargent of Coeur d’Alene, Emerald Sargent of Orofino, Argent and Azure; along with a number of in-laws, step parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that loved him and will miss him dearly.

Frank worked at Stimson Lumber and Idaho Forest Group saw mills and he was also a granite installer for Gargoyle Granite and Marble and Great Floors. He was a proud member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, which he potentially waited all year in anticipation for the archery elk season to start. We joked that Frank was hard of hearing except when it came to the bugle of a bull elk. The Lord called him home much sooner than expected, but for the short time he was ours, we will always be grateful. So many have been impacted by his death, a young life lost and remembered; he was a loving husband and remarkable father. We will love him and miss him always.

Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 7, 2010, at Yates Funeral Home, Hayden Chapel, with reception to follow.
