DISAGREE: Then let zeal lead way
I can see our beautiful city from my house and pray everyday that it would be blessed. The best selling book of all time reads, "Where there is unity, God commands a blessing."
It is possible for the people of our city, differing views on faith to finances, to still respectfully work together. The possibility lies in each one of us, whether our words are spoken from a podium or pulpit, to let zeal lead us, not anger. One is a bully tactic necessary when the words being spoken are not substantial enough to stand on their own, making most people want to cringe and find better company. The other sends a message louder than any words uttered, motivating actions and intentions for the greater good.
Anger divides, zeal unites; which one is consuming you today?
