Lorraine O. Henry, 81

Lorraine O. Henry passed away at home in Post Falls on June 27, 2010. She was born May 31, 1929, to Maxwell and Cailla (Brenna) Ove in Charlson, N.D.

She moved to Post Fall from Alaska in November 2006. She retired from the commercial insurance industry as a vice president. Lorraine was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church in Coeur d’Alene.

She enjoyed jewelry, walking, crocheting, golf, embroidery and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Lorraine is survived by her sons, Barry Henry, Yucaipa, Calif., Lonnie Henry, Enumclaw, Wash., and daughter Julie Leadbetter of Denver, Colo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elwood Henry in September 2005.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 5, 2010, at Peace Lutheran Church, 618 Wallace Ave., Coeur d’Alene. English Funeral Chapel, Post Falls, was in charge of the final arrangements.
