OIL SPILL: It's not Obama's fault

Now explain to me why we are all of a sudden blaming our President and it is his problem to clean up this mess of the oil spill and he loses 20 approval points? When in all reality it was done by a huge oil company from a foreign country!! So if Roto Rooter breaks my pipes and it floods all the basements in the area I should call the President of the United states to get it fixed and pay all my neighbors? Our President and our Government did not do this so quit trying to blame them and expect them to fix this. I feel sorry for the poor people that this has affected but the people who are to blame should fix it and compensate the victims.
