Anderson, apprentice electrician with River City Electric, works on the lighting system for the City of Coeur d'Alene's newest public art project Monday at the Centennial Trail Trailhead on Seltice Way. The project, "Catch the Wind" by Donna Bain, Mason McCudden and Patty Sgrecci, will be the site of a dedication ceremony next Monday, July 26th at 11:00 a.m.</p>
