METH: Message needs to be seen

I applaud and thank Kristen Brandt for herletter published June 20.

Maybe if there had been meth billboards in 2003, maybe if denial of the problem didn’t get mistaken for ignorance, maybe asparents, citizens, neighbors and family, we should put up more anti-meth billboards.

If I only knew what meth could and would do to me and my family. If one person is saved from a passing glance at a billboard about the dangers of meth, it’s worth putting up another.

I have 15 months left on a 120-month sentence in a women’s federal prison because I never knew. I wish there was a billboard then. Our kids, America’s kids and adults, need these billboards.
