Trademark Mechanical offers small company atmosphere, great quality
After being in the HVAC business for more than 11 years, Tony Marmon, Owner and Operator of Trademark Mechanical Inc., made a careful assessment of the trade itself and the building industry in general. He concluded that he could turn what he was already good at into a business and in 2003 Trademark Mechanical was born.
Since then, Marmon's business has been holding it's own against competitors.
"What sets Trademark apart from its competitors is the small company atmosphere, personal attention to customers and reputation for quality. The life-blood of any business is customer referrals. If we can do a job in such a way that the customer feels compelled to tell their friends or family about the great job you did, that's the best advertising you can ask for. And that's precisely what we strive for at Trademark," Marmon said.
Trademark's dedicated staff of three installers, a service technician, salesman and book keeper have numerous years of combined experience in the HVAC field.
"All are dedicated to providing top-notch professional service to our customers," Marmon said.
Marmon has 18 years experience and has attended numerous trade school and various courses. Trademark is a licensed Public Works contractor for the state of Idaho, a member of International Ground Source Heat Pump Association and is licensed to operate in Idaho, Washington and Montana.
A wide array of services are provided, including heating and air conditioning system installations, fireplaces, service on all existing systems, gas piping, venting, whole house humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, water heater change outs, in-floor heating, thermostat programming, geothermal heat systems and almost any type of application including new construction, remodels, residential and commercial.
The current economy has led to fewer large custom homes than in years past and more commercial and residential system upgrades and government subsidized work.
"It has definitely had an impact," Marmon said.
Looking forward to the future, he plans to continue to enjoy the challenge and freedom that comes from owning his own business.
"We are optimistic about Trademark's future. We are definitely looking to improve and expand our service department as well as continue to target commercial jobs."
